Ingredients

1 frozen banana
frozen mango
chia seeds
coconut water
1/2 - 1tsp of Being Co.  Matcha Powder

 

Method

Place all ingredients into your blender. Season the top with shredded coconut and fresh fruit and enjoy!

1 litre of organic milk of your choice (coconut, almond, soy etc.)

3 tsp of Being Co. Gold Turmeric powder

1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1 banana (frozen or fresh)

2 tbs coconut flakes

1 tbs chia seeds

Method

Blend it all up and sip away! Sweeten with honey if desired.
