Here are 3 recipes for your Keto and Ko Creamers.

Vanilla Bean Coffee for One

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup Coffee 
3 heaped Tbs Shotproof Creamer Vanilla Bean 
 
Add all ingredients to a blender, pour and enjoy.
(Can be stirred into a Long black for a more convenient option)

 

Choc Matcha Latta 

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Matcha Green tea powder
1 cup hot water 
3 heaped Tbs Shotproof Creamer Vanilla Bean 

Add all ingredients to a blender, pour and enjoy.
(Can be stirred into a Matcha Latte for a more convenient option)

 

Green Coconut Smoothie Bowl 

Serves 1

Ingredients:
2 Sachets Coconut flesh (Amazonia brand is the best)
100ml Almond milk
3 Heaped Tbs Shotproof Creamer Vanilla Bean 
1 handful Spinach 
1 teaspoon of favourite greens formula 
 
Topping: 
Chia seeds
Almonds
Coconut chips 
Square of Dark choc
cacao nibs
 
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender, and top with your favourite topping
